Up in Dong'hai there is some graffiti etc , go towards art street , pass the 7/11 but dont go up Art street keep going straight until you get to a flashing yellow light, go left and you will see a wall painted black and yellow on the side of a house, scattered through out that area is also some random stencil art...

great photos... never realized there was so much graffiti art in taiwan
