Graffiti in Taiwan
The Real Taiwan has links to four YouTube videos with Graffiti Guys running around Taipei doing their thing. Is it Art? There's the eternal question. I remember taking an aestethics class in university and I'll be damned if I can remember the answer to "What is Art?"

Hey man, some cool stuff here. I'm the same as you. I'm not an artist but I enjoy a good mural or stencil. I've been seeing more and more of it in Taiwan. I just hope it can be aesthetically pleasing, rather than just sloppy tags and gang turf battles.
